==============
We're less than 4 weeks away from Convergence 2011 - it is coming up quick. Convergence 2011 will be held in Atlanta this year at the Atlanta Convention Center from Sun, April 10- Wed, April 13. Dynamics AX will be featured in well over 70 sessions covering topics across AX 2009 and the forthcoming AX 2012 release. In addition to all the concurrent sessions, you'll have a keynote by Steve Ballmer to set the stage for the future direction of Dynamics and a general session by the product leaders to showcase some of the capabilities coming soon. It's also a great time to meet with other customers who are in your industry to see what they've done - the AX User Group (AXUG) is hosting several sessions on Sunday afternoon where you can hear from other customers who have great insight on what they've done to make their projects successful. If you haven't yet registered, there's still time - you can find out more at
http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/co...nce/atlanta11/.
The Dynamics AX Services team will be well represented at the conference and we're looking forward to getting the chance to meet customers and partners interested in learning more about AX. Between our support team and Premier Field Engineering teams, we'll be on stage for 9 of the AX sessions focused on how you can best manage your Dynamics AX 2009 implementation. When you're building your schedule of sessions to attend at Convergence (the
Schedule Builder is a neat tool), be sure to add your favorite sessions below to the mix:

Our support team will be in the HelpDesk for pretty much the entire duration of the event, starting at 11:30 on Sunday and closing up shop at 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon. If you have any issues, it's a great place to connect with the experts who can help you get you going the right direction.
Our Premier Field Engineers will be in the Expo when not presenting at the Premier Services booth in the big Microsoft Pavillon in the center of the Expo hall. We'd love to answer any questions you might have and talk about the services that would best fit your needs.
Personally it's been 3 years since I last attended Convergence and I'm excited to get down there and see all the passion and energy for our products. It's always a great opportunity to connect with new people and meet more people from the customer organizations we work with. I look forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks.
