In the previous
post we got our raw materials in, now we are ready to produce our product. So we can use advanced warehouse to move out product to the production floor, produce and put away finished product.
Here is a quick walkthrough
In this example we use the warehouse mobile device for the raw materials pick and we got the materials ready at order release time. There could be many variations on this process. As well we created once wave which created the work specific for the production order just to show the flow. There are many options for consolidation of the wave to create a big batch of picks for raw materials before productions shift starts so you may leave a wave open and accumulate a range of orders and pick all together.
