lcash: InformationSource login with IE11

I’ve had a few emails on this topics from Microsoft folks who have upgraded to Windows 8.1 with IE11 and haven’t been able to log into http://informationsource.dynamics.com so here a few note on setting the compatibility setting in IE11.

Symptom. If you go to InformationSource and you can’t click the login link



Then follow these steps. Click on the on the settings icon in IE11.

Then click on the Compatibility View settings.



Enter the URL for InformationSource in the “Add this website:” field. Then click the Add button.



You will notice that this will be added to the list of “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility view” as just Dynamics.com. Click Close.

Close the browser and go back to http://informationsource.dynamics.com and you will be able to click the links to login either via LiveID or Microsoft Corporate login.
