Satya: Grain Elevators & Communities
Источник: http://blogs.msdn.com/satyanadella/a...28/563637.aspx
============== Just got back from Convergence, it was by far the best I have been to. Doug’s keynote was quite emotional. The story he used to illustrate “communities” had to do with his family Grain Elevator (seriously I had to look up what the heck this is on Wikipedia J) business in Arthur, N.D (I hope that is the place !!) and their 100 year history and how “trust” was a large part of what made this business and the overall “community” function well. It was an inspiring story. I got a chance to demo Dynamics communities – user driven content, continuous publishing/shared source and role driven social networking were the themes I highlighted. As I was going over the newsgroups (a great example of how user generated content in newsgroups is as powerful a source as any knowledge base or help), I noticed that Dynamics SL team was doing a fantastic job of responding to all the suggestions. This team has a great process for “triaging” all suggestions and posting responses and tracking in Product Studio the requests they take in. Dynamics SL team – you folks rock!! ============== Источник: http://blogs.msdn.com/satyanadella/a...28/563637.aspx |
