Has anybody tried to compare security keys between AX 3 and DAX 4?

Is it documented anywhere?

What kind of comparision are you asking about? If you want to compare the keys themselves you could export them from AOT and compare the export files. If you want to find out the changes in security keys usage and bindings, that whould reqire building some kind of diagrams based on cross-references and comparing those diagrams... Anyway I haven't seen any documents emphasizing security keys usage/binding changes in DAX 4.
