emeadaxsupport: AX Content: Make Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 yours!
Источник: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/axsupport/ar...012-yours.aspx
==============

Have you personalized Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 yet? Even the smallest personalization can help improve user efficiency. This blog post provides information about a few of the ways that you can personalize the Microsoft Dynamics AX user interface.

Always start AX in the company that you use most frequently

If you have access to work in multiple companies within AX 2012, but you most frequently work in one company, this tip is for you. After you complete this procedure, whenever you start AX 2012, you will automatically start in the company that you use the most.
  1. In AX 2012, click File > Tools > Options.
  2. In the left pane, click General.
  3. In the Options section, in the Start company accounts field, select the company that you work in most frequently.

Save your filtered list pages for easy access later

Did you know that you can save a filtered list page to your AX Favorites or as a Cue on your Role center? Why would you do this? Consider the following example:

For example: You are a premier customer service representative who has the customer ‘Sunset Wholesales’ as one of your main accounts. You frequently navigate to the All Sales orders list page and then filter the list by name so that only Sunset Wholesales’ sales orders are listed. You wish that there was a quicker way to access the information whenever you need it and you’d prefer not to have to filter the list each time.

The following two options let you save your filtered list pages for easy access later:

Option 1: Save the filtered list as a favorite
  1. In AX 2012, on the Accounts receivables area page, right-click on All sales orders (Accounts receivables > Common > Sales orders > All Sales orders).
  2. From the context menu, click Add to Favorites. Notice that All sales orders is now listed in your Favorites area of the Navigation pane.
  3. Click on your new All sales order favorite and apply the filter Name = Sunset Wholesales. Notice that your list page name now says All sales orders (Unsaved filter) and notice that the list page only shows sales orders for Sunset Wholesales.
  4. Click the small arrow next to the list page name and click Save as filter.
  5. Click File > Favorites > Organize favorites.
  6. Select the favorite that you created in step 2 and then click Edit query.
  7. In the Query field, select the filter that you saved in step 4 and then click OK.
  8. In the Organize favorites form, click Rename and rename your favorite as “Sunset Wholesale Sales Orders” and then click OK twice.
  9. On the Navigation pane, in the Favorites list, click “Sunset Wholesale Sales Orders” and notice that the All sales orders list page is displayed and already filtered to show only the sales orders for Sunset Wholesales.
For more information about favorites in AX 2012, see Using favorites.

Option 2: Save the filtered list as a cue
  1. In AX 2012, Navigate to the All sales orders list page (Accounts receivables > Common > Sales orders > All Sales orders).
  2. On the list page, apply the filter Name = Sunset Wholesales. Notice that your list page name now says All sales orders (Unsaved filter) and notice that the list page only shows sales orders for Sunset Wholesales.
  3. Click the small arrow next to the list page name and click Save as cue.
  4. Enter a name for the cue. For the example mentioned above, I suggest “Sunset Wholesales Sales Orders”.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Navigate to your Role center (Click Home on the Navigation pane) and notice that your new Sunset Wholesales Sales Orders cue web part is listed in the Cues section of your Role center. Click on the cue and notice that the All sales orders list page is displayed and already filtered to show only the sales orders for Sunset Wholesales.
For more information about cues, see Manage cues.

Change the default Edit/View behavior for AX 2012 forms

In AX 2012, a lot of forms default to the View mode, which means that you have to click Edit on the Action pane to modify the record that you are viewing. This change was made to prevent accidental changes in AX 2012 records. If you find that you often have to click “Edit” on the same form over and over again, you can reverse this change for just that form, or for all forms.

Change the default global edit/view behavior for all forms
  1. In AX 2012, click File > Tools > Options.
  2. In the left pane, click General.
  3. In the Interface options section, in the Default global view/edit mode field, select one of the following options:
    1. Auto – Select this option for the form to continue using the default out-of-the-box edit/view behavior.
    2. View – Select this option for the form to always open in view mode.
    3. Edit – Select this option for the form to always open in edit mode.
  4. Click Close.

Change the default edit/view behavior for one specific form
  1. Open a form in AX 2012.
  2. Click File > View > Default Form/View Edit Mode and select one of the following options:
    1. Auto – Select this option for the form to continue using the default out-of-the-box edit/view behavior.
    2. View – Select this option for the form to always open in view mode.
    3. Edit – Select this option for the form to always open in edit mode.
Color code your AX 2012 companies so that you always know which company you are currently using

NOTE: This tip requires that you have access to the developer environment for AX 2012 or AX 2012 R2.

In an earlier blog post, Becky Newell provided information and a .XPO file that helps you to change the background color of forms for each company so that you can easily tell which company you are currently using. You can read her blog post and get her .XPO for AX 2012 or AX 2012 R2 at the following link: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/axsupport/archive/2012/10/12/changing-the-background-color-on-ax-forms-in-ax-2012.aspx
