D365 VM slow performance

At my company developers are given laptops with such configuration
HP ZBOOK 15U G3 I7-6600U - 16GB - 256SSD - FULL HD SCHERM - AMD FIREPRO W4190M

and we are using these machines to run Win 10 Pro with Hyper-V and in this virtualization we are run our development VM's with Dynamics 365 for F&O for building up our solution.

Which our directors consider fast,
however performance of these machines are quite slow, as I feel.
Full build of DEV models = 30 min
Sync of database = 20 min
Clicked F10 in debugger - takes few sec to jump to next line
Changed one line in code, build the project - 2 minutes to refresh

Can you please share what configurations are you using for your development and what are the best scenarios for optimisation
