If you have a deployment of the new Dynamics AX and you are also an administrator of your Azure subscription or could work with an admin, then one of the things you can do if you need to setup demo users is to create your own Azure Active Directory (AAD) and then create users in there.

Here is a quite overview of creating the user and adding them into AX once you have your demo AAD created.
